NAMIBIAN KAMEELDORING – 15 KGS

15 kgs

Slow burning! Creating even long lasting coals and adding a musky flavour to your meat. This is essential for perfecting an open flame technique. This is one of the few woods that hardly smokes due to its low moisture content. Over harvesting has led to the species becoming protected, making harvesting in South Africa illegal.  Our wood is sustainably harvested from dead wood on the sand of the kalahari desert and we gave permits allowing us to sell this. This is a very popular seller with our clients.
